In accordance with the regulations of the Consumer Protection Law (cancellation of a transaction), the right of cancellation does not apply in the case of the purchase of nutritional supplements and any goods that are prohibited to be returned according to any law. However, we allow the return of products in their original packaging and receiving a refund up to 14 days from the moment of receipt of the product (according to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law), provided that the packaging of the products has not been opened and they have not been used in any way.
In accordance with the regulations of the Consumer Protection Law, when canceling a transaction, cancellation fees will be deducted at the rate of 5% of the total transaction or NIS 100, whichever is lower, regardless of the time of receipt of the request for cancellation. In the case of a request to cancel a transaction that will be made after the product has left the company’s warehouses and started the shipping process by registered mail or couriers, the shipping service fee will be deducted in addition to the cancellation fee.
